We consider it as our main obligation and concern that all information provided on the website www.veluso.gr concerning quality, quantity, main characteristics and prices of products are absolutely accurate.

The enterprise "Veluso" explicitly reserves the right to differentiate in case of an unwilling false product import.

Prices of Products

Prices listed on catalogues next to each product include VAT.

Prices relate to available quantities, while "Veluso" reserves the right to modify description and prices of products without prior notice. However, "Veluso" is committed to forward your order and send to the customer products with the characteristics and prices as posted on its website at the time of order.

Payment methods

1. By Credit/Debit Card:

Every purchase from the website www.veluso.gr is conducted by buyer’s preference, with the possibility of payment by credit and debit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, ΜAESTRO, DINERS and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

An opportunity to pay with up to 12 interest-free installments is available, only when using credit cards issued by Greek banks.

Transactions are carried out electronically securely, in real time, between the Buyer and the cardholder through the Banking institution “Eurobank Ergasias A.E.” who processes the transaction on behalf of www.veluso.gr.

During this process, www.veluso.gr has no involvement and all private details of your credit / debit card are not stored in our system.

In the event that the buyer who makes the transaction is not the same person as the true holder of the Credit or debit card, www.veluso.gr holds no responsibility and has no obligation to refund.

2. By cash on delivery:

For shipments within Greece and for products worth up to 500€, you can pay the value of the transaction to the courier server upon receiving the products at the appointed place of delivery,.

For purchases over €100 the shipping fee is zero and below €100 the shipping fee is €2. It is clarified that the shipping fee is not the same as the actual shipping cost as evidenced by the courier company's fee depending on the size and weight of the package. In the event of a refund, the amount withheld from the refunded price will be equal to the value of the courier company's actual charge each time. The shipping fee is based on the commercial policy of www.veluso.gr.

Cash on delivery service is not supported for Cyprus.

3. By bank deposit:

If you select to deposit the purchase price to the bank, please contact us via email to "info@veluso.gr" so that ordered products are reserved.

Make sure that the full name or the number of the order is written on the Bank's Deposit statement and a copy is sent to us in the form of an electronic document (e.g.pdf etc.).

In cases when the deposit is not completed within 24 hours from the day the order is placed, then the order is automatically cancelled by the system.

Cost of banking fees or charges are borne by the Customer.

Shipping

Products are shipped by courier service and delivered safely to the address you specify within 1 to 3 working days within Greece and 1 to 7 days abroad, starting from the day the order is fully paid.

Courier companies we work with are “IDS” and “ACS” for shipments within Greece and “DHL” for shipments abroad.

"Veluso" shall not be liable in cases of delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure, so the above mentioned delivery deadline will be extended for as long as the cause of delay exists. It should be noted that estimated delivery time is calculated from the day of shipment and is indicative. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are not to be deemed as working days. "Veluso" is not liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international custom impediments or for any other circumstances beyond its control.

Products are always accompanied by respective documents. The customer has the option to select the type of purchase document he/she wishes to be issued (retail receipt or invoice), by filling in the corresponding field of the website.

Shipping

• Shipments within Greece are conducted by the courier companies “ACS” and IDS.

Delivery time is expected to be 1 to 3 working days.

• Shipments out of Greece are shipped with DHL. Shipment fees for Europe is 10€ for express delivery within 1 to 3 working days and 5€ for delivery within 1 to 7 working days. Shipping to Europe is free for purchases worth over 200€.

•For America, Canada, Mexico, Middle East Countries, Ukraine shipment charge is 20€ for purchases up to 300€ while shipping for purchases over 300€ is free. Delivery time is 1 to 5 working days.

•For the rest of the world shipping charge is 30€ for purchases up to 450€ and free shipping costs for purchases over 450€. Delivery time 1 to 5 working days.

Note: For countries where shipments go through customs offices, additional delays should be expected.

Please note that due to new regulations after Brexit, orders worth less than 150€ cannot be sent to the UK.

"Veluso" does not deliver to P.O. Boxes

Deliveries outside of the EU are usually subject to customs clearance costs and import duties in the country of dispatch and are the sole responsibility of the consignee. It should be noted that for shipments to the U.S.A. there are no expenses and duties for purchases up to 800 dollars (650€ approximately)

Order cancellation

For any order cancellation or change of address you can send an email to "info@veluso.gr". Cancelling an order is possible until the moment you are informed about the shipment of your order via e-mail. After this point there is no possibility for cancellations or changes to your order!

Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order and you can choose between changing the item, receiving a credit balance and money refund.

It is clarified that returned products should be in their original condition and should not be used, worn out, washed, modified or damaged and the labels accompanying the product should be intact, exactly as they were when you received it along with the retail sales receipt or invoice. Garments and footwear on which the label has been removed, or have been used in any way other than for testing purposes, shall not be accepted for return. You should also contact “Veluso” via e-mail to info@veluso.gr in order to be given instructions and a return code. In this case, the shipping (return) costs are borne by the consumer.

Returns are not accepted for products with the indication "NOT RETURNABLE" in their description. Returns for products from non-EU countries are not accepted.

Definitions of options in case of return:

•Replace of an item: Products can be replaced with any available alternate size or type.

•Issuance of a Credit Balance: Your credit balance will be valid for 12 months from the date of return.

• Refund. Refunds are made within15 working days from the day returned items are received and checked. Refunds are made only to the original credit card or bank account that was used to pay off the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card. "Veluso" is not liable for any costs of incoming remittances to the recipient's bank.

In case of a refund, the shipping costs incurred by www.veluso.gr are borne by the customer and are deducted from the refunded amount, according to the invoice issued for the specific shipment by the courier company depending on the size and weight of the package. The invoice of the courier company can be requested and sent to the customer to certify the shipping cost.

Return costs:

Greece : According to the charges of the cooperating courier based on the size and weight of the package.

Europe: DHL: 15€

Non-EU countries: Non-refundable

Limitations of Liability

For all products displayed on the listings of www.veluso.gr clear indications of the availability of our warehouse will be in place.

However, since online purchases are made at the same time as purchases in our physical store, there may be some rare occasions of simultaneous orders of products with limited availability. In these cases, priority is awarded on the basis of date and time of order.

Transaction shall be deemed as completed only after a written electronic confirmation is sent by www.veluso.gr. In case an order is impossible to execute, www.veluso.gr reserves the right to withdraw and not fulfill it. In cases where the price has already been paid off, money will be refunded by deposit to your Bank Account.
